Ingredients
- 250g plain flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ~120ml warm water
(Optional: garlic, butter, coriander for topping)
Method
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add yogurt, oil, and water—knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and rest for 30–60 minutes.
- Divide into balls and roll into oval shapes.
- Cook in a hot pan (no oil) until bubbles form and char slightly.
- Flip, cook the other side, then brush with butter or garlic.
